1. Who we are

ProLister is operated by Saar Cohen, an individual seller based in Thailand, trading as "ProLister" ("ProLister", "we", "us"). We act as the data controller for personal data collected through our Service. You can contact us at saarcohen1911@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account data — your email address and authentication identifiers (e.g. Google account ID if you sign in with Google).
  • Uploaded photos — the images you upload for enhancement, and the enhanced outputs.
  • Usage data — credits balance, purchase history, enhancement events, timestamps.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and basic telemetry needed to operate the Service and prevent abuse.
  • Support messages — anything you send us when contacting support.

3. Why we collect it

  • Provide the Service — to create your account, process uploads, deliver enhanced photos, and track credit balances. (Legal basis: contract performance.)
  • Security and fraud prevention — to keep the Service safe. (Legal basis: legitimate interests.)
  • Product improvement — to debug, monitor performance, and improve the Service. (Legal basis: legitimate interests.)
  • Customer support — to respond to your messages. (Legal basis: contract / legitimate interests.)
  • Legal compliance — where required by law. (Legal basis: legal obligation.)

Payment data (card details, billing address) is collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

4. Who we share it with

  • Stripe — our payment processor, for processing payments, invoicing, fraud prevention, and refunds.
  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting infrastructure, authentication, database, and the AI providers that perform the photo enhancement.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal data. Some service providers may process data outside your country (including outside the UK/EEA). Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account and purchase data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. Uploaded photos are kept only as long as needed to deliver the enhancement and let you retrieve the result, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable local laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data; to object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). If you are located in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. We aim to respond to requests within one month.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and audited infrastructure — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your free-trial usage. We don't currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear cookies via your browser settings at any time.
