Refund Policy

All sales are final

ProLister sells AI photo-enhancement credits that are delivered instantly to your account and consumed against our AI providers as soon as you use them. Because of the digital, immediately-delivered nature of the product:

• All purchases are final.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, whether used or unused.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after checkout is completed.

Before you buy a credit pack, we strongly recommend using the free plan (2 enhancements on us) to make sure the Service meets your expectations.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged but the corresponding credits were not added to your account, or if you were charged more than once for the same order in error, email us at saarcohen1911@gmail.com from the email you used at checkout, with the date of purchase. We will investigate and, where a technical or duplicate-charge error is confirmed, correct it.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
