How do credits work?
1 credit enhances 1 photo. Refining an image you have already enhanced costs half a credit.
Do credits expire?
Credits from one-time packs never expire, so you can buy a pack and use it over months.
Is there a subscription?
You don't need one. One-time credit packs are pay-as-you-go and their credits never expire. Teams that need more photos every month can choose a Pro monthly plan, which you can cancel anytime.
Which pack should I choose?
For a single listing, the 10 or 25 pack is usually enough. If you manage several properties, see our pro monthly plans for teams: 100 credits for $65/month up to 1,000 credits for $500/month. Cancel anytime.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are delivered instantly, so all purchases are final. Try your 2 free enhancements first to make sure ProLister suits your photos. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will fix it.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
